Registration and Fees
The registration fee includes the access to the conference, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch (during the conference days) and conference dinner.
Regular fee: 550€
Undergraduate or PhD Student: 350€
All payments must be done in Euro.
Members of Sociedade Portuguesa de Química may benefit from a 50€ discount over the registration fee.
A certificate attesting the undergraduate/PhD student status may be asked by the organisation committee upon registration.
If an official invitation letter is required for administrative purposes (e.g. visa application), one can be requested to the organisation by email (email@example.com).
A maximum of three works per paid registration (for either poster or oral presentation) will be accepted.
Cancellation and refund:
If a registered participant is unable to attend the event for any reason, that registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
For any cancellation received until 4 June, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR) will be refunded.
For any cancellation received after 4 June, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.
Refunds will be handled after the Conference.
A proforma document can be downloaded at your personal area, but first some data is required to be filled.
Choose a Fee.
Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu).
After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma - Information note) will appear where you can download the document.
Note: If advance invoicing is required for payment of your registration, please ensure that you have selected the fee and added your institution's invoicing information (payment menu), and then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
