Instructions for abstract submission
Before submitting your abstract, registration is mandatory. After registration, you will receive a validation email to activate your account. Once activated, you can access the Participant Area under the "My Publications" tab. In this area, you can submit your abstract (or make edits) until the submission deadline: March 15th, 2024. For each abstract, please provide the authors' names and the desired type of presentation (Oral or Poster).
Please find the abstract template at the bottom of this page. Ensure that you upload the file using the following naming convention: namesurnameposter.doc or namesurnameoral.doc (or docx).
If you do not receive a confirmation email for your abstract or registration submission, please check your spam folder or contact the organizing committee.

March 15th, 2024 - Abstract submission deadline
March 31st, 2024 - Abstract acceptance and communication to authors
